Visans Skepp
Visan's Skepp (ship) was built in 1978-1988 and consists of 20 rune stones, 1.8-3.4 m tall. On these stones 40 of Sweden's most beautiful songs from the 20th century are inscribed. The choice of songs has been made by Sweden's foremost experts. Ivar Gustavsson erected the stones that are about 10 km from Vimmerby in the village of Storebro. Can be visited all year round.
