Virum Moose park
Meet moose and deer in their natural habitat. In beautiful surroundings you can get close to the animals and marvel at their special beauty, take photos close up and study their behaviour. You can walk around the whole enclosure and try your luck at our moose quiz.
You are also very welcome to visit our 'moose barn', where you can buy moose souvenirs and enjoy a coffe break in a lovely traditional farmyard setting.
Opening times 2013:
5 May–16 June, Sundays 11am–4pm
22 June–25 Aug, Daily 11am–4pm.
Week 35 and 36: Moose Safari or Moose Walk 12pm & 2pm
Other times, by arrangement.
From Vimmerby south towards Tuna. Drive through Tuna village. Continue 1 km to Tuna Church. Signposted from the church. (Älgpark)
